1. Who We Are

Skillfloe LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India. We build, operate, and sell online courses in partnership with independent creators.

Skillfloe is the data fiduciary (data controller) for personal data described in this policy.

Part A — Visitors and Creators

This part applies if you visit skillfloe.com, submit a partnership application, or receive an approach from us about working together.

We may identify and approach creators whose public work suggests a good fit. In doing so we may collect and hold:

• your name and publicly listed business email address
• your public social media handle, follower count, and engagement metrics
• your public website, portfolio, or link-in-bio content
• publicly available information about courses or products you already offer

This information comes from publicly available sources and from third-party research and enrichment tools. We use it solely to assess fit and to make contact about a potential partnership.

If you would prefer we did not hold this information or contact you again, email info@skillfloe.com and we will remove you from our records.

Part B — Students

This part applies if you have purchased, or are considering purchasing, a course we operate.

How our courses work. Courses are presented under the name and brand of the creator who teaches them. Skillfloe LLP is the seller and merchant of record for every course — we process your payment, hold your customer record, and are responsible for refunds. Your receipt may show details relating to Skillfloe LLP.

We do not collect or store your full card details. Card information is collected directly by our payment processor (Stripe) over an encrypted connection. We receive only limited data such as the last four digits, card brand, transaction outcome, and billing country.

5.3 Information collected automatically

Technical data (IP address, browser, device) and usage data (pages visited, videos watched, course progress), plus marketing data showing which advertisement or email brought you to us.

5.4 Sensitive personal data

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as health, religious, caste, biometric, or genetic information. Please do not submit such information.

• To deliver what you bought — process your purchase, give you course access, create and administer your account, provide support, operate course communities.
• To process payments — take payment, manage instalments, issue refunds, prevent fraud.
• To communicate — send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, access details) and, where you have consented, marketing emails about courses and offers.
• To improve — understand how courses are used and how our marketing performs.
• To meet legal obligations — maintain financial and tax records, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms.

We use cookies and similar technologies on skillfloe.com and on the course websites we operate.

You can control cookies through your browser. Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from purchasing or accessing a course, but some features may not work as intended.

9. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal data.

About creator partners: where a course is taught by a creator, that creator may access student names, email addresses, and community activity in order to teach and support students. Creators are contractually required to use this only for delivering the course, and not for unrelated marketing without your consent.

10. International Transfers

We are based in India. Many of our service providers are outside India, including in the United States. Your personal data may therefore be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where we transfer data internationally we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected, including using reputable providers with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Where data is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.

• no storage of full card details on our systems

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that is likely to cause you harm, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

13. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law you may:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase — ask us to delete your data where we are not legally required to keep it
• Withdraw consent — for marketing or other consent-based processing
• Object or restrict — object to certain processing or ask us to limit it
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
• Complain — raise a grievance about how we handle your data

Email info@skillfloe.com to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

Marketing opt-out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You will still receive transactional messages about courses you have purchased.

Creators: if we have contacted you and you want your information removed from our records, email us and we will delete it and add you to our suppression list.

14. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact info@skillfloe.com and we will delete it.

15. Third-Party Links

Our sites may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
