1. Who We Are

Skillfloe LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

2. What We Do

Skillfloe partners with independent creators, educators, and subject-matter experts ("Creators") to build, operate, and sell online courses.

Under these partnerships, Skillfloe is responsible for building the course business, operating the sales infrastructure, and selling the course. Skillfloe is the seller and merchant of record for every course sold. The Creator provides the teaching content and licenses their brand to Skillfloe under a separate commercial agreement, and receives a share of revenue.

Part A — Using Skillfloe.com

3. Acceptable Use

You may use skillfloe.com for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• copy, scrape, or systematically extract content from the site
• use the site to transmit malicious code or interfere with its operation
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Partnership Applications

If you submit a partnership application:

• No obligation on either side. Submitting an application does not create any contract, partnership, or obligation. We are under no obligation to respond or to proceed.
• Accuracy. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.
• Confidentiality of discussions. Any commercial terms discussed are confidential and non-binding until set out in a signed agreement.
• Your data. How we handle your application data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Website Content

Content on skillfloe.com is provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice. We may change or remove content at any time.

All content on skillfloe.com — including text, design, graphics, and logos — is owned by Skillfloe or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Part B — Purchasing a Course

This part applies to anyone purchasing a course we operate, including courses presented under a Creator's own name and brand.

6. Who You Are Contracting With

When you purchase a course, you enter into a contract with Skillfloe LLP. Skillfloe collects your payment, holds your customer record, and is responsible for honouring the refund policy in these Terms — regardless of the brand under which the course is presented.

Course content is created by or in collaboration with the relevant Creator. Any statement on a course website about the Creator's teaching approach, background, or credentials is provided by or with the approval of that Creator.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to purchase a course. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By purchasing, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

8. Pricing and Payment

• Currency. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect completed purchases.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude taxes or duties applicable in your jurisdiction. Where we are required to collect tax it will be shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or bank charges imposed by your own jurisdiction or payment provider.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by third-party processors including Stripe. We do not store full card details. Your use of a payment method is also subject to that processor's terms.
• Instalment plans. Where offered, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each scheduled instalment until paid in full. If an instalment fails we may suspend access until resolved. Failure to complete instalments does not entitle you to retain access.
• Discounts. Promotional pricing, waitlist discounts, and time-limited offers apply only during the stated period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

9. Access to Course Content

On successful payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use.

• Duration. Where a course is advertised as offering lifetime access, this means access for as long as we continue to operate that course, subject to these Terms. It is not a guarantee of perpetual availability. If we discontinue a course we will give reasonable notice where practicable.
• Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may not share your account or course access with anyone else.

10. Intellectual Property in Courses

All course content — videos, written materials, worksheets, downloadable files, graphics, and course structure — is protected by copyright and owned by Skillfloe, the relevant Creator, or their licensors.

Without prior written permission you may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any course content
• record, screen-capture, or download course videos (except where a download function is provided)
• share, resell, licence, or sublicense access
• use course content to create a competing or derivative course or training product
• remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notice

Content you post in a course community remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate it for the purpose of operating the course.

11. Course Communities

Where a course includes a private community, you agree not to:

• post unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• share other members' content or personal information outside the community
• use the community for unsolicited advertising
• share course materials with non-members

We may remove content or suspend access for breach, without refund where the breach is serious or repeated.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This section constitutes our Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.

12.1 The 14-Day Refund Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, for any reason.

We mean this plainly:

• No explanation required. You do not need to justify your decision or answer any questions.
• No usage limit. It does not matter how much of the course you have watched, downloaded, or completed. You may have finished the entire course and still request a refund within the 14-day window.
• Full amount. You receive back the full amount you paid for the course.

There are no conditions attached to this guarantee beyond the 14-day time limit.

12.2 How to Request a Refund

Email info@skillfloe.com with:

• the email address you used at purchase
• the name of the course

That is all we need. You do not need to complete a form or provide a reason.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and confirm once the refund has been issued.

12.3 When You Will Receive Your Money

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account, or person.

The final step is controlled by your bank or card issuer, not by us. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact us and we will provide the transaction reference so you can follow it up with your bank.

12.4 What Happens to Your Access

When a refund is issued, your access to the course and to any associated private community is removed. You must stop using and delete any materials you downloaded.

12.5 Instalment Plans

If you purchased on an instalment plan:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, on the same terms above. We will refund any instalments already taken and cancel all future instalments.
• After the 14-day window has passed, remaining instalments continue to be due. Cancelling instalment payments does not cancel your obligation to pay for the course or entitle you to retain access.
• If an instalment payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved. We will contact you before suspending access.

12.6 Cancelling Before a Course Begins

If you purchase a course before it opens or is released, the 14-day refund window runs from the date of purchase, not the release date — unless we state otherwise at the time of sale.

12.7 After the 14-Day Period

After 14 days from purchase, sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

We may make exceptions at our discretion in genuine cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same course. We refund the duplicate in full, at any time.
• Technical failure — a fault on our side prevented you from accessing the course and we were unable to resolve it.
• Unauthorised transaction — a payment was made without your authorisation. Please contact us and your bank immediately.

If you believe one of these applies, email info@skillfloe.com and we will review it.

12.8 Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first at info@skillfloe.com. In almost all cases we can resolve it faster than a chargeback, and within the 14-day window a refund is automatic.

Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated with the payment provider.

12.9 Discounts and Promotional Pricing

Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid, not the list price. Where a waitlist discount or promotional price applied, the refund reflects the discounted amount paid.

12.10 Cancelling Marketing Emails

12.11 Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 in India.

Part C — Applies to Everyone

13. Disclaimers

• Educational purpose. Courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
• No guarantee of outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular result, skill level, income, or commercial success. Individual results depend on factors outside our control.
• Availability. We aim to keep our services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Third-party services. Course platforms, payment processors, and community tools are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• our total aggregate liability in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the course giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000 where no payment was made
• we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity

Nothing here limits liability which cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skillfloe LLP, its partners, employees, contractors, and Creator partners against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of any third party's rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms — including by sharing your account, redistributing course content, or engaging in abusive conduct.

You may stop using our services at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before it.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the country in which they reside.

19. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

20. General

• Severability. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in force.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your use of our services.
